Tondo Matsuri Year Two

This was our second year heading out to this festival.  This year however we knew what it was and came prepared with five wreaths.  It was also a new tradition for the new kids in the house.  Anyways I got great pictures last year so I knew exactly what I wanted, and threatened the kids to give it to me.  THEY DID IT! I am one happy Mama and here it is.
